Ordering

• We bake from 10am to 4pm on Tuesday to Saturday.
• Orders must be made at least 2 days prior to delivery and up to 3 weeks in advance.
• Hit the Whatsapp icon at the bottom left of the Order Form should you have questions.

Delivery

• Deliveries will be to Tanjung Bungah, Tanjong Tokong, Pulau Tikus, Georgetown and Batu Ferringhi for now but let us know if you’re outside of these suburbs and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
• Delivery is by a provider that we trust will deliver your order satisfactorily.
  • Select your delivery location or pickup instead.
  • Select your preferred time slot (barring unforeseen events such as traffic, bad weather, we expect that your order will be delivered within the time slot).
  • Delivery charges are per the order form.
• Alternatively, see where the magic happens and pickup at 548C Jalan Wee Hein Tze, Tanjung Bungah, 11200 Penang.

Storing & Reheating Instructions

• Our rolls are freshly baked and best eaten on the day.
• Frosted rolls must be refrigerated within 2 hours of taking delivery.
• In addition, if you don’t consume on the day it is baked – we hope this rarely happens :):
  • Refrigerate for up to 1 – 2 days.
  • Reheat in the microwave on high for 20 – 30 seconds if it’s straight out of the fridge or less if it’s at room temperature just before eating.
  • Check that the roll is warm to the touch and dig in!
  • Reheat the rolls individually or in pairs but adjusting the microwaving time if you reheat more.
